There's nothing better after a long day on your feet than a relaxing Foot Soak. Peppermint has a calming, softening and anti-inflammatory effect on skin, and epsom salts ease stress and relaxes the body. What a fantastic combination to soothe your feet and allow you to relax. Below is the recipe .. enjoy! Peppermint Foot SoakWhat you will need:
Place the baking soda and epsom salt in your processor or blender. Cut open the tea bags and pour contents in as well. Blend on high for about 1 minute or until all the ingredients are turned to a powder. Spoon into your jar and close the lid tight to seal. That's it! A tablespoon added to very warm water is great for your feet. Alternatively you can add 1/4 cup to your bath water for a heavenly soak. Lastly if you like giving handmade gifts at Christmas time, add a cute ribbon and label to the jar. Then you will have a lovely gift for someone ... handmade by you!
